Current Opportunities:
Enterprise Management Implementation Specialists:

We are in need of mid- and senior-level people with knowledge of enterprise management tools deployment and customization.

Qualifications Sought:
  • At least 5 years experience implementing and customizing Enterprise Management Tools
  • UNIX & NT platform experience
  • HP OpenView Product experience - particularly Network Node Manager, IT Operations, IT Service Manager, Measureware/Perfview or, ManageX (HP Certification a plus!)
  • Proficient in coding and scripting languages - preferably PERL and shell scripting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High energy level
  • Willingness to travel
  • Expertise with common third party add-on solutions (like Seagate's NerveCenter, Remedy, Ciscoworks etc.) is also a plus
  • Oracle DB skills are also a plus

Network Management Specialist:

We are in need of a senior level person with detailed knowledge of networking technologies and 5-10 years of networking deployment and operations experience.

Qualifications Sought:
  • At least 5 years experience implementing and customizing backbone networks
  • Network element management system(s) expertise
  • Strong SNMP skills
  • Proficient in SNMP programming Expertise with HP's Network Node Manager product
  • TCP/IP address management skills
  • UNIX & NT platform experience a plus
  • Proficiency with general coding and scripting languages - preferably PERL and UNIX shell scripting - is a plus
  • High energy level
  • Willingness to travel



Business Process Design Specialists:

We are seeking candidates experienced in IT business process development and design. Candidates should possess a detailed understanding of the business impact of IT support and operation processes - and understand the linkages necessary for enterprise management systems, planned or deployed.

Qualifications Sought:
  • 5-10 years experience in IT enterprise management - with several years background in enterprise management systems tools and deployment discipline
  • Working knowledge of the ITIL methodology
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with HP OpenView ITSM
  • Working knowledge of help desk structure and methodologies
  • Strong project Management skills
  • High energy level
  • Willingness to travel
