Qualifications Sought: At least 5 years experience implementing and customizing Enterprise Management Tools UNIX & NT platform experience HP OpenView Product experience - particularly Network Node Manager, IT Operations, IT Service Manager, Measureware/Perfview or, ManageX (HP Certification a plus!) Qualifications Sought: At least 5 years experience implementing and customizing backbone networks Network element management system(s) expertise Strong SNMP skills Proficient in SNMP programming Expertise with HP's Network Node Manager product TCP/IP address management skills UNIX & NT platform experience a plus Proficiency with general coding and scripting languages - preferably PERL and UNIX shell scripting - is a plus High energy level Willingness to travel Business Process Design Specialists: We are seeking candidates experienced in IT business process development and design. Candidates should possess a detailed understanding of the business impact of IT support and operation processes - and understand the linkages necessary for enterprise management systems, planned or deployed.
